This guide shows you how to use your smart phone to record your own video survey at any time to suit you.
This should take no longer than 10 minutes and once submitted, we will carefully evaluate the information and provide you with a free, detailed and non-obligatory quote within 24 hours.
Walking through the property, one room at a time, please video record & narrate all of the items to be removed. Remember to Include, where applicable, loft, garden and garage etc. We advise taking a series of shorter video's no longer than around 3 minutes at a time so our surveyor will not have a problem when loading them.
Please point out any Items that appear in the video that will and will not need moving. For example... you'll be selling your old antique sideboard, but couldn't bare to part with that comfy blue chair you've grown to love.
Please also remember to point out any furniture that you would like us to dismantle and assemble, so we can allocate the time required to complete this to schedule on your moving day.
Do you require a packing service from us? If so, we will need to see the items inside the cupboards etc. For convenience, if possible please ensure that cupboards and wardrobes doors are opened prior to starting the video.
